How Freedom Coffee began.
Freedom Coffee began as a small café in Moncton, opened to fight human trafficking and to support at-risk youth in the community. Today the work carries on through the coffee itself. Every bag raises awareness, generates support for frontline organizations, and funds Freedom Coffee's own work on the ground in Moncton, New Brunswick and beyond.
Noah James Wiebe
Executive director and founder
Father, founder, and business and church leader, Noah leads Freedom Coffee as its executive director. You'll usually find him in a meeting working out the next steps for the organization, or arranging the details of the next fundraiser.
He started Freedom Coffee to combat trafficking in persons close to home: raising awareness, generating support for frontline organizations, and helping people out of cycles of poverty into situations where they can support themselves and their community.

Freedom Coffee is run by a small team, with the help of volunteers who give their time to the mission.
